We should only grant all refunds after receiving a formal email from you explaining your need for one.

If the company had to cancel the project for some unavoidable reason, they would issue a refund.

A refund would be made in the event that the project got cancelled.

If the customer cancels the project without a valid reason, there should be no refund.

In any case, the deposit amount for all the projects is non-refundable.

We may revise our refund policy at any time by just sharing the revised policies on our website and not formally informing our customers. Therefore, it is the sole responsibility of the customer to check for any updates in the refund policies section we have made.

If you are eligible for a refund, you have to wait for 45 business days to see your money back in your account.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our services, we will work diligently to address your concerns. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the completed portion of the project. We will determine this case-by-case.
